Who operates the site
MarketVendorPack is operated by Airborne Media & Consultancy Ltd, company number 17415868, registered in England and Wales.
Event and vendor information
The event and vendor details you enter into the builder are processed in your browser. The standard builder does not send that vendor list to MarketVendorPack servers. A local browser draft may be stored on your device so you can continue your work.
Payments
When you choose to purchase a pack, Stripe processes the checkout. Stripe receives the information required to process payment. MarketVendorPack sends a pack reference to Stripe so the site can verify that payment completed and unlock the PDF.
Contact
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide in your message. We use it to respond to the enquiry and manage the business relationship.
Cookies and local storage
The builder uses local browser storage for your draft and paid-session reference. MarketVendorPack does not need an account to provide the service. Third-party services such as Stripe operate under their own privacy terms.
Your vendor data
Because the working vendor list remains in your browser, you remain responsible for using and storing vendor personal information lawfully and for providing any privacy information required for your own application process.
